Hoshi Ryoma & Ouma Kokichi
I feel like Hoshi and Ouma could have a really fun dynamic! Hoshi seems like he'd be able to actually see through some of Ouma's bullshit. So, anything with Hoshi seeing through Ouma's facade would be great. Maybe a canon divergent AU where Hoshi lives past Chapter 2, and Ouma conscripts him as a 'minion'? In general anything with Hoshi as a Tired(TM) friend and/or big brother figure to Ouma would be great.
Kirigiri Kyouko/Naegi Makoto/Togami Byakuya
My DR1 OT3! These three learning to work together and respect each other (especially Togami, lol) is lovely. I love them becoming a team to be reckoned with (especially when it comes to investigations!) Maybe something about them working together in the Future Foundation? Or just them growing closer together over the course of the first game. That'd be good too.
Mitarai Ryota/Ultimate Impostor
I loved their friendship in DR3 to bits and I'd love to see that friendship grow into a relationship, whether in DR3 Despair Arc or post-DR3. Them getting a chance to reunite post-DR3 and sort themselves out would be lovely. Or, fix-it fic/canon divergent AU in DR3 Despair, where Impostor and Mitarai manage to save each other (& save the day, too?) Hurt/comfort would be great, I love Impostor taking care of Mitarai & being protective over him, and there's certainly lots of "hurt" possible (even just Mitarai's tendency to overwork himself!)
Either they/them or he/him pronouns for Impostor are fine with me. Also, I understand it's officially "Imposter"; that spelling's still weird for me, but it's fine with me if you use it!
Momota Kaito/Ouma Kokichi
God, I love Oumota. Okay. Chapter 5 just really, really sold me on this ship. Their outlooks are completely opposed - blind faith versus extreme distrust and paranoia - but when they actually work together, holy shit. Like, damn, look at what they nearly accomplished! So, anything about them managing to pull their heads out of their asses and work together would be great. I also like stuff with Ouma wearing Momota's jacket, and Momota being weirdly talented at imitating Ouma (because sure, he had a book of instructions, but just how detailed was it? Also, he said he had fun pretending to be Ouma, if I recall correctly.)
Ouma Kokichi/Saihara Shuichi
A detective who seeks the truth and a leader who constantly lies... their dynamic absolutely fascinates me. Saihara's drive to understand Ouma, Ouma's struggle to trust anyone else and let himself be understood... I absolutely love it. A canon divergence AU where Ouma actually is tentatively willing to put his trust in Saihara could be interesting. I'm also open to the Detective & Phantom Thief AU! In general, stuff with the themes of truth, lies, and trust between these two is welcome.

Natsuki/Yuri
I'd love to see Natsuki and Yuri connecting & realizing how unexpectedly similar they are in some ways. I'd especially love to see them doing as they say they'll do near the end of the game - Yuri trying out manga and Natsuki trying out horror, that is. Them unexpectedly getting really into each others' preferred genres would be fun! You can also take a look at the darker elements of the game. What do the game's glitches look like from inside the game; what happens if any of the non-self-aware characters start noticing the glitches? How would things change if Natsuki and/or Yuri were self-aware (whether through being President or otherwise)?
Monika/Sayori
I'd be interested in seeing something post-game, where these two girls, both having held the position of Literature Club President, commiserate over the experience of being a self-aware game character & grow to understand each other more.

I have seen Pacific Rim: Uprising, but I'm not entirely satisfied with it. So, if you want to write Uprising-related stuff, feel free to write heavily canon divergent fic/change the stuff you don't like/write fix-it fic. It's also fine to just ignore it entirely, if you haven't seen it or don't like it yourself.
Newton Geiszler/Hermann Gottlieb
God I will never stop loving Newt/Hermann. Friends to lovers, rivals to friends to lovers, mind-melding, god it's all fucking there. So just... really, anything would be great here. But I especially love them caring about each other a lot more than they let on... and I love stuff about the aftereffects of their Drift. Telepathy, dream-sharing, being able to sense the others' presence... blurring the lines between disparate selves, I love anything to do with that.
Hannibal Chau/Newton Geiszler
Gruff crime lord and overenthusiastic scientist? Yes please. Uh, but really. We know from the post-credits scene that Hannibal survives; fic where they develop a closer relationship post-movie? Newt returns to Hannibal's black market shop hoping to study some of the kaiju parts Hannibal's crew has managed to preserve well, Hannibal decides to indulge him... anything along those lines! Or, if you're interested in playing with Uprising, maybe something about how Uprising would have gone differently if Hannibal had still been in contact with Newt?
Hannibal Chau/Newton Geiszler/Hermann Gottlieb
Here, I'm cool with a full triad or with them as a V with Newt in the middle. In either case: Something that builds off canon, with Newt becoming the new liaison to Hannibal and his crew, would be cool. Or, on the other hand, I love shit where Newt and Hermann end up as part of Hannibal's gang instead of joining the PPDC, for whatever reason. Saving the world from the shadier side of things.
