This crossover came to me in a moment of revelation. Phoenix Wright, doofus attorney, and Connor, state-of-the-art adorable android. I don't care whether Phoenix is visiting Detroit or Connor winds up in Japanifornia, I need to see these two investigate a case together. That would be absolutely golden.
(Note: I've only played the first two Ace Attorney games so far as of this writing, though by the time of reveals, I'll have played more of them. As such, if you write this I'd like to request that the crossover not rely too heavily on the plot of the most recent AA games.)
Connor (Detroit: Become Human) & GLaDOS (Portal)
I'd like to see Connor investigating Aperture Science (either intentionally or accidentally finding it) and GLaDOS taking interest in this strangely human-like android. Does she test him, or does she attempt to create herself a new body based off of his example? Both? I'd be interested to see wherever you went with this.

Hinata Hajime/Kuzuryu Fuyuhiko
One of my favorite underappreciated DR ships! Them growing closer together during the course of the game would be great. Them taking care of each other would be fantastic - I especially love Kuzuryu as a semi-Team Dad. Comforting each other in the wake of the final murders; or perhaps struggling to keep things together and not on fire while they wake up their friends. Hurt/comfort appreciated. Or, you could do something in the Hope's Peak/DR3 Despair Arc era - if Natsumi had survived, might Hinata have gotten close to the Kuzuryu clan?
Naegi Makoto/Togami Byakuya
I love Togami slowly thawing towards Naegi and realizing that he's a lot more competent/skilled than he first appears, both socially and when it comes to investigations/logical thinking. So, Togami appreciating Naegi for his strengths is something I like. On Naegi's side, I love him learning to not take heart to Togami's insults/rudeness, and stubbornly worming his way into Togami's heart. Seeing what they'd be like together during their time in the Future Foundation would be cool, or you could look at their time together in the killing game.
Ultimate Impostor
Impostor is my favorite minor DR character - I love how protective they are, I love their short stint as 'leader' in SDR2, and of course I'm deeply intrigued by their status as the Ultimate Impostor. Maybe a canon divergent AU where they're not the first victim? Or you could look at their life before they came to Hope's Peak. Which identities have they taken on throughout the years? Or, what kind of things did they get up to while they were part of Ultimate Despair?
Hinata Hajime/Ultimate Impostor
I really enjoyed that glimpse we had in SDR2 Chapter 1 of a potential friendship between Hinata and the Impostor; it'd be cool to see that expanded on. Maybe a canon divergence AU where the first chapter's killer and/or victim is different? That would give them more opportunity to bond. Or you could do something post-SDR2/post-Hope Arc. It'd be interesting to see how they might commiserate over 'identity issues.' Or even something during their school days - I'd be interested to see how they'd meet & become friends during that time!
Mioda Ibuki/Ultimate Impostor
Heir Guitar!! This ship is so sweet, I love Ibuki's enthusiasm and Impostor being willing to go along with her ideas (within reason.) And I love fics where Ibuki is completely accepting of Impostor's (lack of) identity/changing identities. Any kind of fluff/happiness would be welcome here. Maybe some lighthearted post-DR3 shenanigans? Alternatively, you could take a look at their dynamics while they were both Ultimate Despair...

Momota Kaito/Ouma Kokichi
God, I love Oumota. Okay. Chapter 5 just really, really sold me on this ship. Their outlooks are completely opposed - blind faith versus extreme distrust and paranoia - but when they actually work together, holy shit. Like, damn, look at what they nearly accomplished! So, anything about them managing to pull their heads out of their asses and work together would be great. I also like stuff with Ouma wearing Momota's jacket, and Momota being weirdly talented at imitating Ouma (because sure, he had a book of instructions, but just how detailed was it? Also, he said he had fun pretending to be Ouma, if I recall correctly.)
Ouma Kokichi/Saihara Shuichi
A detective who seeks the truth and a leader who constantly lies... their dynamic absolutely fascinates me. Saihara's drive to understand Ouma, Ouma's struggle to trust anyone else and let himself be understood... I absolutely love it. A canon divergence AU where Ouma actually is tentatively willing to put his trust in Saihara could be interesting. I'm also open to the Detective & Phantom Thief AU! In general, stuff with the themes of truth, lies, and trust between these two is welcome.
Hoshi Ryoma & Ouma Kokichi
I feel like Hoshi and Ouma could have a really fun dynamic! Hoshi seems like he'd be able to actually see through some of Ouma's bullshit. So, anything with Hoshi seeing through Ouma's facade would be great. Maybe a canon divergent AU where Hoshi lives past Chapter 2, and Ouma conscripts him as a 'minion'? Working together & growing closer as Hoshi grudgingly (or not-so-grudgingly) helps with Ouma's crazy plans, while also realizing just how much of Ouma's act is just an act.
Hoshi Ryoma
Hoshi is my favorite minor character of V3's cast, and I think it's a shame there isn't more fic for him. So, anything with him as center focus would be great. Maybe something where he lives past chapter 2 and becomes one of the investigative helpers? It'd be cool to see him decide to keep living and fight to keep his friends safe.

Connor/Hank Anderson
Connor/Hank is, in my opinion, one of the best things to come out of Detroit: Become Human. Their friendship is certainly my favorite thing about this game, and I'd love to see that expanded into a romantic relationship. Some hurt/comfort wouldn't go astray here - Connor getting injured and Hank being protective is lovely. Casefic also welcome, as are canon divergence AUs; what would happen if Connor had deviated earlier? In general AUs are welcome, but I find myself a bit disappointed by stuff where Connor's a regular human instead of an android.

Chell/GLaDOS
Portal was phenomenal, but it was Portal 2 that really hooked me - I loved Chell & GLaDOS teaming up & their dynamic throughout that game. I'd love something post-Portal 2 where Chell finds herself repeatedly drawn back to Aperture Science and GLaDOS discovers she doesn't actually completely hate Chell. Could maybe even... like her? Alternatively, you could play with GLaDOS building herself an android body, only to find out that it's a lot harder than it looks, walking around like a person instead of having a stationary chassis and controlling a building. Or perhaps Chell gets herself uploaded and becomes an AI (at Aperture or elsewhere), much to her aggravation and GLaDOS' surprise.

Corazon Santiago/Deirdre Skye
Firstly, I'm flexible regarding how you choose to write Santiago and Deirdre's relationship; I could see them being lovers and allies, I could see them being enemies who deeply respect each other, rivals who find each other aggravating but also attractive (kismesissitude, if you happen to be a filthy Homestuck like me.) I'd prefer if they didn't just straight-up hate each other, unless you're going the hatesex route, & even then it'd be nice if they held some sort of grudging respect.
I list these options out because there are so many interesting ways you could take the Deirdre/Santiago relationship; feel free to pick what appeals to you!
Here are some things you could explore: how Deirdre and Santiago learned to tolerate each others' ideological differences (for the sake of an alliance, maybe? Or for the sake of a relationship? Or both? Up to you!) Or on the other hand, you could look at where they are similar rather than different; Deirdre may be focused on the environment, but she isn't exactly a pacifist, and Santiago might well respect her strength.
Something about the both of them having Planetdreams together, perhaps? Or maybe something about how they are both functionally immortal, and how over the decades and centuries they grow closer together, as a result of having few others to connect with who understand the heavy responsibilities associated with leading a faction?
The world of Alpha Centauri just fascinates me so much, so anything you explore here would be welcome. The eerie world... the starkly different personalities of the faction leaders, indeed the concept of your country being entirely centered on one ideology... the hive mind that spans across an entire planet... all of these are things I love about this game.
